By installing or using HDown, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

HDown is a download manager. It fetches files from URLs you provide and saves those files to your device. HDown does not host, store, or provide the content being downloaded. The availability, legality, and integrity of downloaded content depends on the third‑party server you choose.
3) Your responsibilities
- Legal use: You must only download content you are allowed to download and store. Respect website terms, licensing, and applicable laws.
- Device security: You are responsible for scanning downloaded files and keeping your device secure.
- Correctness checks: If you download critical files (e.g., installers/ISOs), you should verify checksums/signatures where available.
4) Prohibited use
You agree not to use HDown to:
- circumvent access controls or authentication on a website,
- download copyrighted material without permission,
- interfere with servers (for example, abusive retry loops or excessive parallel requests),
- distribute malware or harmful content.
5) Third‑party services and content
Downloads occur from third‑party websites. Those websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. HDown is not responsible for third‑party content, website availability, or any actions taken by third‑party services.
6) No warranties
HDown is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Download performance and reliability can vary depending on your device, network conditions, and server behavior.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, corrupted downloads, network charges, or device instability.
8) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
